Every volunteer who helps Ukrainians in the war can organize a collection.
We urge every volunteer to be responsible for fundraising. In order for the collection to be published, the volunteer must provide proof of their volunteer activities, as well as proof of needs and use of the collected funds.
News regarding the status of your application will be sent to the specified email address. Please also check your spam folder. After filling out the form, you will receive a letter with the serial number of the request, and later - a message about the result of its consideration.
A decision regarding your request may arrive from 2 working days to a month, depending on: the situation at the front, the status of purchases and deliveries, the volume of charitable contributions received, the number of incoming requests to the fund, the time for verification of requests.
We do not confirm all sent requests or change its status with a phone call. Headquarters coordinators contact the contact persons specified in the request only when there is an understanding that it is possible to satisfy at least some positions from the request.
Otherwise, letters are sent to the specified e-mail address.
If you want to join the volunteer movement, you do not have to register on the Platform. It is enough to click "Submit an application" or contact the organization directly. You can find all the necessary contacts on the volunteer opportunities page.
Charitable non-refundable contributions are non-refundable. Please check the information you entered before transferring funds. In the case of a transfer from abroad, make sure that you have chosen the correct transfer currency.
View all available projects of the military and humanitarian areas of the fund on our website site, and go to the page of the direction you want to support.
We will know that the payment has been sent to this direction, because the corresponding accounts or a unique payment destination in the payment system have been created for it.
Transfer the funds, making sure that these are the details of the fund. If you detect a fraud, please write to us by mail.
Please try again after some time. We are sure that the accounts are indicated correctly, but sometimes Ukrainians overpay so actively that the bank's system is overloaded, so you need to wait a little.
